On Wednesday, September 7, at the Diamond Dinner on the eve of convention, Joe Voyticky announced that Bob Kaelin accepted the position of General Manager for North America — which includes, Canada, the United States, and Puerto Rico! This appointment is exciting for the entire Max Family.
Bob is dedicated to Max Associates and travels often to present and share best practices at as many Max events as possible, including Opportunity Meetings, Leadership Meetings, Anniversaries, and anything Max he can participate in!
He brings with him vast knowledge of Max, a positive attitude, and a great sense of humor (remember Bobby Van Kaelin, drummer extraordinaire, at the Ignite Convention?).
Bob is extremely excited about the opportunity to work closely with all present and future Max Associates to fulfill the Max Mission of bringing significance, service, and joy to all.
He also expressed his appreciation for Max Associates in the following statement,
I am very excited and humbled with the trust and faith that Max has given me to have the opportunity to work with all the Max Associate leaders in North America. I believe this chance to serve and share the Max products and Opportunity begins with our commitment to service and building life-long relationships. I dedicate my energy, experiences and love to our Max family. I look forward to sharing the life+changing experiences we will all have as we dedicate ourselves to each other.
