Good news to all Max Philippines Associates! Max is excited to announce that LBC branches now accept over-the-counter cash payment for your Max orders from over 800 branches nationwide.
LBC’s wider reach and longer operating hours will make it even more convenient for our Associates to pay for ordered products. LBC branches* are open from Mondays to Saturdays and even on Sundays and holidays for selected branches.
Paying through LBC is simple and easy:
1. Email details of your order and delivery instructions to phsupport@max.com with the subject: LBC ORDER.
2. Wait for the email response of phsupport with the purchase amount within the next working day and go to any LBC branch nearest you. You can find the nearest LBC branch in your area here: http://www.lbcexpress.com/consumer
3. Fill out a Remittance Form and put the following details:
- Your complete name, Max Associate number and contact details
- Merchant Name, Address and Contact No. – Max Health & Living International, Inc., 7F Tower One Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City; 02-7537777
- Indicate the cash amount to be remitted to Max that is reflected on the email from phsupport
Pay the cash amount to be remitted with a fixed LBC service fee of Php80.00 per transaction.
4. Email the LBC Official Receipt to phsupport@max.com or fax it to (02)753-7787.
Upon receipt of LBC Official Receipt, your Max orders will be processed the following day for delivery or pick-up in the same manner as those ordered online. For any queries, please email phsupport@max.com or call the Max customer support number at (02) 753-7777.
